Responsibilities & Context
Key Responsibilities:
Design secure, scalable AWS solutions aligned with client requirements.
Cloud migration projects, developing strategies and roadmaps for transitioning on-premises infrastructure to AWS.
Build prototypes and conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate cloud solutions.
Collaborate with clients to design and optimize architectures for enterprise data management and advanced analytics.
Provide expertise in AWS security, compliance, and network optimization.
Guide and mentor teams on AWS best practices and emerging technologies.
Engage in pre-sales activities, supporting technical pitches and creating AWS solution proposals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar experience.
Experience working as a DevOps Engineer, especially with AWSAWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional/Associate) with additional certifications in Big Data or Data Analytics.
At least 3-5 years of experience in cloud architecture, systems integration, and data management.
Knowledge of automation tools like AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible.
Expertise in data migration, data warehousing, and designing highly distributed applications on AWS.
Able to script using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like GitLab or AWS CodePipeline.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containers.
Good at solving complex technical problems.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
