Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Spa Manager for a premium spa who can manage all aspects of the spa independently, ensuring top-notch service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
• Maintain a high standard of service and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise the spa team, providing training, support, and guidance.
• Handle inventory management, ensuring that all supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Address customer feedback and resolve any issues efficiently and professionally.
• Develop promotional strategies to enhance spa visibility and attract new clients.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales, performance, and client feedback.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (verbal & written) is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the spa industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Bengali and English.
• Ability to work independently and handle problems with confidence.
• Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in basic spa management software and MS Office.
