Strong experience in interior working drawings
Excellent AutoCAD skills
Strong understanding of construction detailing
Experience with joinery and interior detailing
Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
Strong understanding of site conditions and construction
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Is technically strong and detail-oriented
Can identify problems before they reach site
Can work independently
Can coordinate effectively with architects and engineers
Takes ownership of drawing quality
Understands that technical accuracy is non-negotiable
Responsibilities & Context
Space Esse is looking for a Senior Technical Architect / Working Drawing Specialist to join our Technical Department.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in interior working drawings, construction documentation and technical detailing, with the ability to coordinate drawings across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed working drawings for interior projects
Develop plans, elevations and sections
Prepare reflected ceiling plans and electrical layouts
Prepare detailed joinery drawings
Develop furniture and construction details
Coordinate architectural, interior and MEP requirements
Review site measurements and existing conditions
Coordinate with the design team to translate design intent into technical drawings
Coordinate with execution engineers and site teams
Revise drawings based on technical reviews
Maintain Space Esse drawing standards and documentation
Assist in technical coordination throughout the project
