Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales tracking tools.
Ability to travel internationally/domestically when required for official purposes

Identify and target potential clients, partners, and new markets for gym memberships, corporate wellness programs, and other services.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in local markets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members, corporate clients, and business partners.
Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities in the fitness industry.
Build and manage partnerships with businesses, fitness organisations, and influencers to promote the gym’s services and brand.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to different market needs.
Work closely with marketing, operations, and regional teams to successfully execute sales strategies and brand initiatives.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize sales efforts in local markets.
Gather and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve membership offerings and services.
Any other task assigned by the management.
