Responsibilities & Context

A.    Planning and Implementation:

  • Plan and review of activities progress and prepare performance report·
  • Assist in the developing monthly/quarterly activities plan of the project and implement as per approved workplan·
  • Segregated workplan for the all CBOS/Self-Help Groups, platforms, networks·
  • Prepare workplan for capacity building initiative of CBOS/Self-Help Groups, platforms, networks·
  • Ensure quality implementation of intervention/activities through spending 20-30% time in the field in a routine manner and provide written feedback to all CBOS/SHGs, platforms, networks colleagues

B.     Identify, Analyze and design·

  • Review the field monthly and quarterly progress reports, analyze the unachieved activities, take necessary measures for unachieved activities and provide feedback to Sr. Project Manager & Team Leader.·
  • Organize periodic meetings with all CBOS/SHGs, platforms, networks colleagues
  • Prepare and assist Sr. Project Manager & Team Leader in designing, planning, reviewing and developing training process, module, training curriculum and coordinate with concern focal based on program needs.
  • In coordination with line management, identify staff training needs, provide recommendations to Senior Management Team regarding current and / or new training needs from Transgender/gender diversified population focused organizations and support groups.
  • Cooperate the concern person of the project and the organization in planning for in house training program and / or identify suitable external training program / workshop for fulfilling identified training needs.
  • Assist the team in designing and implementing an effective system for monitoring, validating and evaluating the effectiveness of training and project activities.

C.     Staff Development and Capacity Building

  • Analyze staff capacity building area and design for further steps.·
  • Provide technical assistance to all CBOS/SHGs, platforms, networks, service centers CBOs partner staff management and coordination with them to accomplish the planned activities·
  • Provide on the job training, coaching and mentoring to the project staff working in the field.
  • Ensure that the staffs are kept abreast of the latest changes to the project strategies and activities.
  • Organize and facilitate training for the service providers as per project plan
  • Compile and incorporate training feedback from trainers with the intention of improving the contents and the conduct of training courses.
  • Ensure proactive assistance to different levels of Bandhu staff to develop their competency.
  • Conduct training for staff and partner organizations as per work plan as well as organize and conduct follow up of training whenever required.
  • Forecast staff/CBOs/Partners/Platforms members training needs and workforce composition and develop a training plan and calendar as well as assist concerned department in developing appropriate training budget.
  • Contribute in BCC/IEC development initiative as per program plan aiming to successfulness of effective training as well as advocacy initiative.
  • Support to develop the activities and performance of the training and awareness unit.
  • Organize and conduct training program for staff development based on TNA, appraisal report and supervisor feedback as per Bandhu training budget.
  • Conduct Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA) of different CBOs/SHGs.
  • Assist to Monitoring and Evaluation unit for mapping of CBOs/SHGs through the country.
  • Assist to consultants for conducting different types of study, assessment and evaluation by the support of CBOs/SHGs.

D.    Monitoring and Evaluation

  • Regular contracts with all CBOS/SHGs, platforms, networks colleagues to provide regular feedback.
  • Conduct routine monitoring of CBOS/SHGs, platforms, networks colleagues and performance of the service center and staff.

E.     Coordination, Liaison and Networking

  • Organize regular internal meetings with CBOS/SHGs, platforms, networks colleagues at the field level periodically.·
  • Communicate with relevant organizations, departments, partners, CBOs as well as GO/I/NGOs to take necessary action for achieving project/departmental/organizational objectives·
  • Coordinate with different government and private organizations to create opportunity for receiving skill building and vocational training by Gender Diverse Population (GDP) for their economic empowerment·
  • Linkage develop with government and private sectors, organizations/institutes to create job opportunity for the GDP

F.     Reporting·

  • Prepare various training reports periodically such as monthly, quarterly, and annually·
  • Maintain all training and program registers and files; record and keep in custody in maintaining confidentiality·
  • Assist project focal and training head for managing organizational TMIS in coordination with other departmental head/project focal.
