Additional Requirements

Minimum 3 years experience in performing payroll functions and benefit administration in MNC, F&B, retail or logistics industries
Have a basic understanding on the Employment Ordinance
Proactive, responsible, and detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
Independent, multi-tasking, and able to meet tight deadlines
Team player with the ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and project administration
Experience in using Workday (HRIS) is a plus
Good command of both written and spoken English
Immediate availability or short notice is preferred

Responsible for day-to-day payroll operation including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, employees’ income tax calculation, payroll cost forecasting, etc.
Prepare and manage accounts for employee benefits funds i.e. provident fund, gratuity fund.
Partner with other relevant stakeholders to ensure the payroll-related information is collected properly and processing is performed accurately.
Key in and maintain data in HRIS timely, including Payroll System, HRIS (Workday), etc.
Prepare and share payroll reports with the Finance & regional teams as required
Generate regular payroll-related reports, full-time employee reports & other reports as required for internal use.
Prepare & submit income tax reports & returns as per requirements of the Income Tax Act
