Responsibilities & Context
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated SQA (Software Quality Assurance) Manager to lead our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality and performance for our flight and hotel booking systems. You will play a critical role in maintaining the reliability and user satisfaction of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SQA team to achieve quality assurance goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and procedures.
- Oversee the creation, execution, and maintenance of test cases and test scripts.
- Ensure that software releases meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits of SQA processes and practices.
- Provide training and mentorship to SQA team members.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in software quality assurance.
