- Hands-on experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of database design principles, normalization techniques, and indexing strategies.
- Proven experience with performance tuning and optimization of queries and database structures.
- Proficiency in writing and managing stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
Responsibilities & Context
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers, and other database objects.
- Write efficient, scalable, and optimized SQL code to support the company’s data needs.
- Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot database performance issues, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, backend developers, and business stakeholders, to design and integrate database solutions with application systems.
