Requirements
Education
- BBA from a reputed university; major in Accounting/Finance is preferred.
- CA (Certificate Level) or CMA (1200 marks completed) preferred.
Experience
- At least 3 years
Additional Requirements
- Age at most 32 years (Preferred).
- Experience in a relevant job role is required; FMCG background will be given preference.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & PowerPoint.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support in planning and developing operational processes.
- Plan, design audit approaches in collaboration with Plant & CHQ Audit team.
- Conduct audit fieldwork on business operations, ensuring sufficient evidence and analysis per audit standards, and report findings to Head of Internal Audit.
- Visit plants/markets to review sales, procurement, and operational proceedings.
- Monitor & follow-up on agreed action plans/audit recommendations.
- Assist in developing/upgrading organizational policies, SOPs, and process reengineering initiatives to enhance compliance and efficiency.
- Perform other assignments as guided by Head of Internal Audit.
