Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for preparation of financial statements of as per IAS & IFRS.
- Dealing with External Auditors for “Annual Financial Audit” and “Group Audit”.
- Prepare Bank & supplier’s payments reconciliation statement.
- Analysis of A/C Payable & Receivable with aging.
- Calculation of Foreign Exchange Gain / Loss.
- Receipts & Payments Status (Weekly / Daily), Payment decision as per funding and policy.
- Periodical accounting & adjusting entries for preparation of Financial Statements.
- Prepare monthly Expense report for Head Office in Hong Kong.
- Other ad-hoc responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.
