Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities –
- Set effective strategy and provide guidelines to sales colleagues to achieve the Sales and Rx target
- Maintain relationship with KOLs in the assigned Area
- Evaluate the performance of sales colleagues on regular basis and provide motivation and support
- Report Goals,sales activities market insights and customer data under prescribed communication methods and channels in regular and timely fashion
