Additional Requirements

If any one have IEB Membership will get some preference.
Expertise on exterior and interior will get some preference.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship within the team.
Good communication skills with capability to liaise with consultant, contractors and work with a multi-disciplinary team.

Auto CAD Drawing
3D Visualizations for Exterior & Interior Design by Sketchup,3D Studio Max With V-ray Render, Lumion, Enscape or Equivalent software.
Should have the quality to monitor, supervise or any other duties assigned by the management.
Capable of preparing Details Measurement, Working Drawing, Interior Designing & Detailing of Layout plans.
Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
Client Meeting.
Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Drawing & Design.
Should have good mentality, responsibilities and attitude in all respect & Manage project independently.
Undertake the responsibility of project completion.
Set costs and project fees according to budget.
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
All other duties & responsibilities assigned upon you by the Management time to time.
