Responsibilities & Context
- Ensure sales growth & revenue generation.
- Searching prospects and generating leads.
- Selling all Land Project product of Rahat & Rafit Real Estate Ltd.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as set by the company.
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain and regularly update the client database with accurate information regarding potential buyers, the sales pipeline, and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Identify potential markets/ clients along with new sales opportunities.
- Address client concerns, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Motivate and train the team by giving proper product knowledge and necessary training.
- Build and maintain an ERP database along with professional networks.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
