- Experience in power plant project, collaboration with foreign project management consultants, Steel building construction and methodology of statement preparation.
Responsibilities & Context
- Creating, developing and maintaining project schedules as per project design-documentation and client requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly work progress report.
- Review overall project status with project management team and recommend corrective action where necessary.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to develop detailed project plan encompassing timelines, milestones and resources allocation.
- Scheduling utilize specialized software (Microsoft project, Primavera P6) to create and maintain project schedules, ensuring accurate sequencing of activities and identification of dependencies.
- Resource allocation by resources, including labor, equipment and materials to achieve project objectives while optimizing costs.
