Experience with ERP and E-commerce platforms
Strong understanding of system integration and data migration
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing or participating in projects, with a good understanding of project management methodologies
Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology trends.

As a Sr. Business Analyst specializing in ERP and E-commerce systems, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and optimizing our business processes and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our ERP and e-commerce platforms align with business objectives and enhance overall performance. Your expertise will help us drive efficiencies, improve system integrations, and support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements related to ERP and e-commerce systems. Design and implement solutions that optimize processes and enhance system functionality.
Develop professional grade Business Requirement Document (BRD), Use Case Document, Process Flow Diagram, Activity Diagram in order to record system requirements
Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve system efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into functional specifications and system designs.
Oversee the integration of ERP and e-commerce systems with other business applications. Ensure seamless data flow and compatibility between systems.
Analyze data from ERP and e-commerce platforms to generate insights and recommendations. Develop reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet business requirements and quality standards. Manage user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
Provide support to end-users and develop training materials to enhance user proficiency with ERP and e-commerce systems.
Manage relationships with software development vendors. Evaluate new solutions and technologies to recommend enhancements or upgrades.
Lead or participate in projects related to ERP and e-commerce systems, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
