Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in both Arabic and English languages
  • Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback with courtesy and precision, maintaining a customer-centric approach throughout
  • Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of our brand’s offerings to deliver accurate and engaging information about products, features, and benefits
  • Effectively manage and resolve customer complaints, employing creative problem-solving skills to ensure utmost satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex customer inquiries and elevate customer experiences
  • Provide after-sales support
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
