Responsibilities & Context
- Break down the service contract into daily , monthly , quarterly and yearly arrangements
- Solve the conventional issues
- Take preventive actions against potential issues
- Make timely and regular reports according to owner’s requirements
- Negotiate with the third parties if needed
- Lead the whole O&M team manage the staff members.
- Ensure proper installation, erection, commission, and maintenance.
- Ensure daily operational maintenance, major maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proper knowledge of electrical Solar system.
- Develop an effective plan and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
- Maintain daily maintenance report, safety spare parts stock report, and PR analysis report.
