The company has experience in establishing full-scope O&M organizations to ensure safe and efficient operations, as well as effective management of both planned and unplanned maintenance activities.
- We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position:
- NEPCS is seeking potential candidate for Sr. Engineer, I&C Maintenance Department
- The Sr. Engineer -I&C will supervise and coordinate I&C maintenance jobs performed by I&C team and/or perform by himself as per roles given. Also, Sr. Engineer will apply cross skill knowledge to assist Mechanical/Electrical maintenance and Operation team.
Job Description / Responsibility-Responsibilities and knowledge requirements as below but not limited to:
- Supervise the daily activities of all I&C employees and leading them accordingly. Controls performance of daily I&C maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant I&C equipment as well as GT, ST and BOP control system like DCS, PLC and Mark-VIe as to require to support plant operation.
- Assist in maintaining print files, vendor files and the equipment maintenance record.
- Assist and maintain in requisitioning parts and supplies.
- Maintain the plant mobile equipment and others asserts.
- Maintain a clean and safe shop and plant environment.
- Train and develop other employees with maintenance skills.
- Prepare and maintain budget for the I & C items as per planning.
- Cross train in Mechanical/Electrical as time permits.
- Assist and guide CCR for plant operation as required.
- Assist in the update of drawings and prints as changes are made.
- Provide leadership and job coordination on critical repairs or projects.
- Maintains positive community relations
- Schedule all outage planning and direct the activities of the subordinate.
- Evaluate all data to determine maintenance schedules to optimize Plant operation.
- Maintain emergency recovery organization system for unexpected emergency situation of plant.
- Maintain and control spare parts inventory.
- Maintain a high degree of skill in typical PC-based business computing applications such as databases, word processors, spreadsheets, etc.
- Proactively participate in and contribute to the ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 programs.
- Should be comfortable wearing PPE for any work inside the plants.
- Follow all kind of company regulations and rules including EHS.
- Should have strong knowledge about computer networking, server backup, thin client, CCTV, PABX and PA System.
- Other than above clauses, follow all instruction which is made by management.
