- Minimum 02 (two) years of industry experience or related customer service experience required, especially experience in LCMSMS /LC Application service.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- High quality organizational skills.
- The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context
- Regularly field visit and performing application related issues.
- Perform other assignment as and when required by the Application & Analytical Team.
- Application Planning and Scheduling.
- To provide basic training and method development of LCMSMS.
- Provide the proper application needs to clients.
- Application/ Presentation/Technical Presentation to educate customer on favor of us.
Skills & Expertise
Calibration
Skilled in calibration relevant equipment operation.
