We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share. This candidate should have at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Property Marketing, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.·
Adequate knowledge on Land/ Real Estate business as well as present market scenario.
To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
To follow up with further steps of the sales process.
Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
