Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing professional to join our team in the printing and packaging sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, understanding customer packaging needs, and offering tailored solutions to increase revenue and market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing & packaging sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand client needs and offer appropriate packaging solutions including offset, corrugated and custom printing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and pricing strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
- Collaborate with the production and design teams to ensure client specifications are met.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Track sales activity using CRM systems and prepare regular sales reports.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve client issues promptly.
