Responsibilities & Context
The company providing consultancy and advisory services is looking for driven and results-oriented Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager (Business Development) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the firm’s overall business goals.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Manage and mentor a team of sales associates, providing coaching and support to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare compelling presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the firm’s value proposition to potential clients.
- Conduct client needs assessments and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
