We are part of a dynamic group and operate several strategic business units that collectively employ over 10,000 dedicated professionals is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager Commercial- Export.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the export process from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare and manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with export regulations and policies.
- Handle export LC (Letter of Credit) procedures, including negotiation and presentation.
- Maintain records of all export transactions and prepare regular reports for management.
- Resolve any issues related to export logistics and documentation promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the export process.
