Responsibilities & Context

We (Tianye Outdoor (BD) Co, Ltd.) are looking to get application from some young, energetic, enthusiastic candidate to work with our Factory HR & Compliance Team as Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skills and great communication skills with professional etiquette.

Able to handle all type of Compliance audits (Social / Technical / Fire & Safety / Building and Electric Safety/ BSCI/ SEDEX/ WRAP/ Environment/ ICS/C-TPAT/ / ACCORD / GOTS/ OCS and others Certification Audits)
As a member of Internal Audit, conducting internal audit, prepares reports as well as follows up the CAP.
Able to handle all type of stack Air emission, sound, indoor air, Indoor light, VOC, waste water & chemical related tests.
Able to handle all type of licenses/ agreement and arrange necessary actions for obtaining those legal documents.
Maintain & ensure safety in all production areas and ensure safe evacuation for all employees in case of any emergency.
Monitoring Fire Fighter & Rescue Teams and conducting external & internal fire-related training.
