Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager – Finishing Line

To ensure smooth and efficient finishing line operations by planning and supervising production activities, maintaining quality and safety standards, and leading a team to meet daily targets with minimal downtime and optimal machine utilization.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure uninterrupted production of quality products to meet daily targets.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules based on set targets.
• Optimize machine utilization to ensure maximum productivity.
• Monitor production parameters, checklists, materials, and the overall work environment.
• Implement and maintain quality control standards.
• Assign and distribute tasks among team members as per the production plan.
• Prepare and submit daily production reports to the Production Manager.
• Collect and analyze operational information from relevant sources.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure timely paperwork updates.
• Promote and enforce a safe, clean, and compliant working environment.
• Supervise shift activities and ensure proper shift handovers.
• Keep accurate records of employee attendance and working hours.
• Report machine breakdowns to the Maintenance Department.
• Participate in departmental and general meetings and training sessions.
