Education
- Masters degree in any discipline Post-Graduate is required, ideally in a related field such as Social Science, Development Studies, Agriculture, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related subject. Educational requirements can be relaxed for most deserving candidates.

We are looking for a young, energetic sr. Executive / Assistant Manager who has experience in the
Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least minimum 2 years of proven experience in marketing Properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue and constantly find ways to innovate and integrate said innovations into the company.
- Highly knowledgeable on plots/ Housing Development business market scenario.
- Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly, quarterly & yearly strategic marketing plan.
- Must be self motivated and dynamic.
- Network expansion across areas of concern to increase sales.
- Must be target achieve oriented.
- Maintaining and updating the customer database through the system.
- Identify new business areas and increase sales accordingly.
- Assign any other duties as may be decided by the Management from time to time.
