Job Context:

A Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in HR & Administration typically plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction of the HR function and ensuring smooth administrative operations within an organization. Their responsibilities often encompass a broad spectrum of activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Formulation HR Policy, Budget and confirms its implementation.
  • Ensure proper recruitment, selection, placement, joining formalities & Induction Program.
  • Monitor attendance, absenteeism, leave management & over time management.
  • Monitor & ensure proper payroll administration.
  • Maintaining employee relation, counsel them for grievance handling & take proper disciplinary action.
  • Maintain Resignation & Release Formalities.
  • Drafting Official Note, Letters, Deeds, Agreement, Preparing all kinds of Reports.
  • Handling administrative petty cash and reconciliation with Accounts department..
  • Ensure maintenance work with proper channel.
  • Organize all kind of events as per management needs.
  • Manage & monitor housekeeping, safety security & environmental issues in the entire Office
