Requirements

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
  • BBA/MBA in HRM from reputed University.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirements

  • Exhibit strong skills in curriculum design and development for both traditional and e-learning formats.
  • Have experience in launching and managing an LMS to deliver and track employee training effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills to evaluate training effectiveness and improvements in employee performance.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, or seminars to address organizational or departmental needs.
  • Frequently travel outside Dhaka for training sessions or assessments.
  • Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage participants effectively.
  • Be able to work under pressure, managing multiple deadlines while ensuring quality training outcomes.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify employee training requirements in alignment with strategic initiatives and management objectives.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curricula tailored to meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Develop and manage the annual training calendar and budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and obtaining necessary management approvals.
  • Communicate the training calendar to relevant departments and periodically review it for any necessary updates or corrective actions.
  • Design and develop engaging and effective e-learning modules, and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate easy access to training resources.
  • Lead the launch and execution of e-learning programs, ensuring seamless integration with the organization’s learning strategies.
  • Facilitate and conduct in-house training sessions when required, ensuring interactive and impactful knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate effectively with external training providers to ensure high-quality content delivery and up-to-date training programs.
  • Implement On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs in coordination with respective departments to enhance employee skills.
  • Monitor the execution of training programs (internal, external, and international) and ensure adherence to the training schedule.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training assessments and gather feedback from participants and trainers.
  • Prepare detailed training evaluation reports, share them with management, and initiate corrective actions based on feedback.
