Education

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • BBA / MBA (Marketing) or Bachelor/ Masters in any discipline.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years

Additional Requirements

  • Age 25 to 45 years
  • Minimum 5 years’ hard core marketing experience in RMG / Packaging / Accessories especially Button manufacturing and marketing industries.
  • Must have a good understanding of costing of thread.
  • Highly net-worked Candidates in the RMG sector are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates having the potential to collaborate with local corporate entities may also apply.
  • Computer literacy must be well-versed in online working.
  • Experienced in Buyer nomination approval processing is an added advantage.
  • Having excellent communication skills & pleasant personality.

Responsibilities & Context

Fabian Multiplex Industries One of the flagship companies of Fabian Group, an innovative and dynamic group manufacturing various types of trims and accessories, is looking to recruit capable Executive / Assistant Manager (Marketing) personnel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Planning, analyzing, and achieving a route-level marketing plan.
  • Prepare daily & weekly visit plans with customers.
  • Submit an everyday outcome report to the reporting authority.
  • Prepare monthly marketing plan, forecasting & determining sales strategies as per plan.
  • Ensure marketing as per the business plan.
  • Ensure payment through Back to Back (B2B) L/C
  • Develop and create new potential volume clients.
  • Correspondence & negotiation with the prospective clients.
  • Follow-up production & on-time delivery.
  • Follow up on time sales realization.
  • Maintain required MIS (Management information system)
