Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a wide range of people inside and outside of the company.

We are looking for young and dynamic professionals who have experience in sales and marketing in the Real Estate industry and the ability to take challenges in the ever-changing market with innovative ideas and capacity.
Prepare customer visit plan to generate the sales lead and implement things accordingly.
Communicate & establish relationship with the prospective clients.
Generate sales lead, set target clients and maintain a good relationship with the existing clients.
Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.
Arrange meeting and project visit for the clients.
Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.
Maintain and update customer database.
Execute the marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
Monitor competitors’ activity.
Close the deal through proper documentation.
