Additional Requirements

Develop, implement, and maintain QMS processes to ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and industry standards.
Monitor and evaluate the entire production process, identifying potential quality risks and implementing corrective actions.
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with QMS protocols.
Ensure compliance with all applicable product safety regulations and standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address product safety issues and implement preventive measures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of buyer-specific quality and technical requirements.
Ensure all products comply with the standards of buyers such as C&A, PRIMARK, TESCO, George, and others.
Provide technical support and guidance in embroidery and printing processes to maintain quality consistency.
Address and resolve technical issues promptly during production.
Take full responsibility for handling all QMS-related audits and product audits conducted by buyers or external agencies.
Ensure all necessary documentation, processes, and systems are in place to meet audit requirements.
Proactively address any audit findings or non-conformities to achieve successful outcomes.
Train team members on QMS processes, buyer-specific standards, and product safety requirements.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports, analysis, and documentation.
Report quality metrics and improvements to senior management regularly.
