Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for young and dynamic professionals who have experience in sales and marketing in the Real Estate industry and the ability to take challenges in the ever-changing market with innovative ideas and capacity.
Responsibility
- Manage daily activities of the sales team and monitor client visit plan to achieve the target.
- Making plans for individuals and team to achieve the sales target.
- Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
- Maintain and update client database.
- Identify new business opportunities and customer needs to generate the sales lead.
- Buildup a wide range of network and keep updating the prospective client index.
- Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Responsible to meet the sales target with proper planning.
- Responsible for supervision and monitoring of the team activities.
- Monitor and collect data about the activities of market competitors.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market development opportunities.
