Responsibilities & Context
Increase the profitability of the company by initiating new clients and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients. Gather market information and arrange a market survey.
Visit clients and identify new business needs and define & develop a communication strategy & plan for sales & Marketing of IIF & ISP
Provide Strategic input into the Company Business Plan
Willing to work under pressure & to move outside of Dhaka to meet with the client
Having strong knowledge of ISP & IIG Sales & Marketing current market trends along with detailed skills in Sales closing, customer problem handling
Discover target markets and research for evaluating strategies to communicate with them.
Report to superiors on new opportunities and apply product knowledge to meet the target.
Operate marketing plans set by the Line Manager and project for new and existing services.
Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
Deliver product Knowledge to the relevant customer.
Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Responsible for business communication with Customers.
Develop a strong business relationship with key customers and visit the market regularly.
Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
