Job Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Leading, mentoring, and coaching the sales and marketing team to enhance their skills, performance, and productivity.
  • Setting sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, and monitoring progress towards goals.
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Managing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote our products and services to target customers and industries.
  • Identifying and prospecting potential clients, including restaurants, hotels, catering businesses, and institutions, through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to understand their needs, provide product demonstrations, and offer customized solutions.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets, meet deadlines, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Attend important meetings and preparing meeting minutes accordingly.
  • Performing any other work assigned by top management.
