Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in technical audit, engineering, maintenance, or a similar technical/industrial environment.
Strong analytical, inspection, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of industrial machinery, maintenance systems, safety standards, and technical controls will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
Conduct technical and operational audits of machinery, equipment, utilities, maintenance activities, and industrial facilities.
Review preventive and corrective maintenance practices, equipment performance, spare parts usage, and technical compliance.
Identify operational risks, inefficiencies, control gaps, and areas for cost optimization.
Audit technical activities across fishing vessels, cold storage, frozen food factory, shipyard, fish processing plant, jetty, water treatment plant, machine room, staff canteen, rest house, and other facilities.
Prepare audit observations and reports with practical recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with Technical, Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
