  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. (Oracle preferred)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager who will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully filling high-demand tech positions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract top technical talent through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the tech industry and leverage this knowledge to attract top talent.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement.
