- Practical knowledge of market promotion planning, scheme evaluation, and ROI analysis.
- Should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple trade campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to coordinate with sales teams and external vendors.
- Willing to travel frequently across different regions.
Responsibilities & Context
Akij Venture Group, is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented professional for the position of “Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager – Trade Marketing” to execute trade programs, drive retail execution, and ensure effective market performance in the electrical product segment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure accurate daily updates of trade scheme data in the system, maintaining coordination with the field force.
- Plan and monitor trade programs to enhance execution efficiency and visibility.
- Maintain and analyze trade data to support data-driven business decisions.
- Communicate trade schemes effectively to all relevant stakeholders.
- Design and manage sales force and distributor incentive programs to drive performance.
- Develop and implement special trade programs such as Slab, Memo, and QPS based on business requirements.
- Conduct pre and post-evaluation of trade promotions using ROI and market data.
- Identify and resolve challenges in trade program execution across regions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams for alignment with company objectives.
- Prepare trade marketing performance reports and insights for management.
