Responsibilities & Context
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Collect bills from clients and maintain accurate records of payments.
- Send bill copies to clients both physically and via online platforms.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to minimize credit risk.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoice generation.
- Maintain detailed records of client accounts and credit histories.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts and credit.
- Implement and oversee credit control processes and policies.
- Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments.
- Support the finance team in audits and compliance activities.
