Desktop PCs, All-in-One PCs, Scanner, Heavy Duty Printer.

Responsibilities & Context

This position you will be responsible for Sales/ Service/ Software (Web Development) and ensuring the smooth operation of our Jashore or Dhaka office.

Job Responsibilities:

Sales/ Service & Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide training and support to staff to ensure product knowledge and customer service excellence.
Market Trends & Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in IT products and related categories.
Reporting:
Monitor performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management on sales trends and forecasts.
Analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
Visit potential customer to generate/ validate leads for selling products.
Clear understanding on web architecture, object oriented programing and software design patterns.
Ability to code design, develop and test independently.
