• Candidates need to have experiences in the following areas: Domestic Filter or RO related organization, Water purification, Water Filtration Organizations etc.

Responsibilities & Context

• The Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager – Product & Innovation as the key player of this Home RO project. He/ She will design & implement and ensure overall success of the project & its objectives. Moreover, also collaborates with stakeholders on the creation of project plans, and oversees changes in project scope, issues and risks that affect the project.
• This position requires highly technical communications with public, private stakeholders along with international funders and donors regarding technical specifications of Drinkwell’s Home RO product, its filtration components and processes.
• Plans, organizes, design & executes all phases of the Home RO project and ensures its successful commercial operation and business journey.
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within the budget.
• Facilitate in preparing and maintaining accurate reports and records on plant operations; prepare and submit orders for chemical and supplies to the logistic department; prepares and maintains accurate records on chemical usage, plant pumping, and other purification activities.
• Conducting research on various topics related to water quality, such as different water treatment processes.
• Reviews customer queries regarding water quality, including color, taste, odor, pressure, and lack of water; investigates and responds, or delegates response to customer inquiry. Maintain & review records and prepare reports on treatment process, performance and instrumentation, water quality as well as wastewater quality.
• Maintain surveillance of the operating efficiency of the filtration process, flow rates and chemical treatment methods and water distribution process and its storage mechanism.
• Supervise team: Establish and advise staff of performance requirements; ensure that subordinates follow policies and procedures; provide support, mentoring and coaching for performance improvement and development.
