Responsibilities & Context
Oriental Group commenced modestly in 1982 in Real Estate business and with prudent entrepreneurship. At present, the group has several number of concerns owned private limited companies and entrepreneurs with a substantial turnover. Oriental Ecowoods Ltd. is looking for an energetic, young, target oriented, self motivated and proactive Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager who has at least 5 years experiences in Factory Cost Management Department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analysis overall factory cost components in a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis.
- Collection and analysis of material consumption data, preparing variance statements.
- Prepare production report and analyses of Productivity and calculate production Profit/ Loss.
- Budget and actual cost variance analysis, along with cost control.
- Analysis of actual manufacturing costs compared to standard costs.
- Monthly product costing and profitability determination using job costing system.
- Month-end closing by preparing cost to support various analyses.
- Preparation of pre-costing and post-costing documents as needed.
- Identification of process losses, wastage, and defects, providing appropriate reasons.
- Compilation of monthly reports on various production costs.
- Preparation and submission of order-wise profit and loss statements.
- Calculation of factory-wise CPM and production efficiency reports.
- Calculation of order-wise cost components.
- Monitoring production floor for accurate data entry.
- Stylistic pre-costing analysis and post-costing report preparation.
- Variance analysis between pre-costing and post-costing reports.
- Monitoring inventory data and tracking material price trends.
- Budgetary control through pre-costing analysis.
- Fulfillment of other accounting and audit tasks as directed by management.
