Responsibilities & Context

Job Context: We are looking for dynamic and self-driven professionals for our audit department as “Senior Executive/Asst. Manager (Internal Audit)”. The successful candidate should have sound knowledge over textile operations in performing audit.

Job Responsibilities:

The incumbent should have the adequate practical audit knowledge over:

Weaving Section: Yarn sizing, Warping, Weaving, Inspection with quality & Folding grey fabrics
Dyeing Section: Grey fabrics preparation & Pretreatment. Use chemical & dyes in process of fabrics and finishing (ready for delivery).
Spinning Section: Carded & Combed yarn processing:

Bales open, Blow room, Carded, Warp drawing 1 & 2, Combed, Warp drawing, Ribbon cap, Comber, Post comber, Drawing, Speed frame, Ring frame, Cone winding and Binding.
Should have strong knowledge on overall compliance of the textile factory.
Performing Sub-Contact & Bill related audit activity.
Performing Quality, Inspection system related audit activity.
Physical Inventory knowledge over Fabrics, Dyes & Chemical.
Material movement in time and finding process loss and delivery in proper time.
Cooperation to related department for quality as per buyer requirement.
Auditing the quality of the product through the various stages of production & Physical laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
Analyze efficiency, internal error percentage of the teammates and find out the root cause to develop and improve the process.
Identify ways to reduce re-process, Addition & Topping and increase Production & efficiency.
Responsible for financial audits by understanding organization objectives, structure, policies, processes, internal controls, and external regulations; identifying risk areas; preparing audit scope and objectives; preparing and implementing successful internal audit programs.
Checking and verifying all kinds of bill, voucher, purchase requisition with bill and vouchers for ensuring the accuracy of accounting records and procedures.
Any other assignment given by the top management.
