Responsibilities & Context

Mitali Group is a dynamic business leader in the Readymade Garments sector in Bangladesh with a remarkable yearly turnover of $100 million. We are part of a dynamic group and operate several strategic business units that collectively employ over 10,000 dedicated professionals. We are seeking few highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as Executive/Sr. Executive (Internal Audit/Financial Audit).

Responsibilities of Financial performance review:

  • Check and verify all kinds of bill vouchers of ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • To check cash/ bank/ journal voucher, all L/C format cheek and verify.
  • Must be expert in Tally software.
  • Must be expert in post audit a knit composite ltd.
  • Must be expert in L/C Statement checked related worked.
  • Monthly L/C Opening Statement checked by commercial VS Bank.
  • With Export Proceed & realization checked & verified·
  • Performing all reconciliation and analytical procedures.
  • Obtain analysis and evaluate accounting & financial documents.
  • Analyzing the overall financial risk for fraudulence activity·
  • Verify all of the financial transactions and account balances to ensure their accuracy and reliability·
  • Review of petty cash reconciliation of the company at each period end·
  • Review of bank reconciliation of the company at each period end·
  • Review of the Back to Back LC opening, material receiving, liability booking, payment execution LC by LC basis·
  • Review of Foreign bill Discounting process and bill to bill adjustment tracking·
  • Review of cash incentive application, obtaining fund there to during the period.
  • During this step, you prepare a report that contains the details; the audit test carried out and their findings, full list of action points, including details who has responsibility for carrying them out.
