Job Context:

‘Ashiyan Lands Developments Ltd’, a sister concern of Ashiyan Group is looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Sr. Executive/ Asst. Manager (Marketing and Sales) who has experienced in Bangladeshi Real Estate/ Land Development industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Highly knowledgeable on the Land/ Real Estate business.
• Plan and implement an effective sales drive that ensures the team’s monthly sales and revenue target.
• Responsible for selling land/plots.
• Identify the market opportunities for future sales.
• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
• Find Prospective Clients by door-to-door field visit.
• Arrange project visits for the clients as per requirement.
• Build strong relationships with prospects and customers.
• Ready to work in any situation.
• Any other tasks assigned by the management.
