  • Experience in report preparation and automation/streamlining processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Mir Ceramic Limited, a leading Tiles Manufacturer in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our Sales Department as a Senior Executive/Asst. manager – MIS.

This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive reporting systems to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) within the Marketing & Sales department.

This role requires a keen analytical mind, the ability to handle large datasets, and proficiency in creating detailed, automated reports that provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and distribute reports tracking various market and segment trends, ensuring the team is well-informed about performance metrics and key insights.
  • Develop scorecards to monitor and measure key performance indicators, fostering an environment of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Streamline and automate report formatting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, utilizing appropriate tools and software.
  • Analyze data comparing targets with actual achievements to identify trends, patterns, and areas needing attention, providing recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct margin analysis to assess profitability, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures in collaboration with the finance team.
  • Produce SKU rankings to guide sales strategies and identify customer purchasing trends and product listing gaps.
  • Prepare detailed minutes for various meetings, capturing key decisions, actions, and agenda items to ensure follow-through and accountability.
  • Track the progress of key initiatives and projects within the department, highlighting performance metrics and areas needing attention to senior management.
  • Another job assigned by the HOD.
