- Develop, implement, and manage performance management systems and processes.
- Collaborate with department heads to set performance standards and KPIs for employees.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
- Review new and existing job descriptions of all management positions for goal alignment.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Develop and manage performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
