Responsibilities & Context

  • Develop, implement, and manage performance management systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with department heads to set performance standards and KPIs for employees.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Review new and existing job descriptions of all management positions for goal alignment.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees and managers.
  • Develop and manage performance improvement plans for underperforming employees.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
