Minimum 05 years of relevant experience in sales (Mutual Fund, FDR, DPS), preferably within an Asset Management Company, Bank, NBFI, or Insurance Company.
Proven track record in achieving large sales targets, particularly in selling mutual funds, deposit products, or insurance policies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex sales scenarios.
Capacity to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining a results-oriented mindset.

Lead the promotion and sales of mutual fund products to high-value and priority clients.
Strategize and execute sales plans to meet and exceed large sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure sustained business growth.
Identify and engage potential high-net-worth investors, providing tailored solutions to meet their investment needs.
Oversee and manage a portfolio of priority sales accounts, ensuring consistent customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive the acquisition of new clients through targeted lead generation and follow-up activities.
Mentor and guide junior sales executives to enhance team performance and achieve collective goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with market demand.
