Additional Requirements

Hands-on experience in Garments Paper Printing Items, Offset printing and packaging

Manage & ensure production target as per proper planning.
Checking the accuracy and viability of the product specification.
Ensure design, color & quality of the product as per CS & Buyer requirements.
Ensure quality of products and involve a thorough checking and inspection of product prior to bulk production.
Ensure materials availability and make requisition for necessary order placement for bulk.
Ensure & reducing materials costs by maximizing production with minimum uses of raw materials.
Approving all Sample, bulk color & all criteria as per the customer standard.
Optimum utilization of manpower to achieve the production target.
Drive the monthly production plan as per garments schedule, Printing order management and update on concerns accordingly.
Ensure that all the deadlines/milestones of an order process are met as per commitment of CS team & buyer.
Responsible for new sample developing, approving color & quality.
Ensure 5S implement, creating visual management of own working area and production area.
Capability to run production independently & smoothly.
Lead safety, quality, and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
