Arrow Manufacturing Ltd. is 100% export oriented fully complied garments & footwear trims, materials & accessories manufacturer. We are looking for energetic & positive mind personnel as the head of Quality.

Job Description:

• Responsible for establishing standard Quality Management System (QMS) according to customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Responsible for developing and implementation of Company’s SOP, QMS in the area of Quality Control and Quality Assurance.
• Oversee the quality control process from raw material inspection to finished product evaluation.
• To lead the team of Quality Assurance and ensure accountability to the top management.
• To give Quality & Technical guidance, Production Support, Process management and Quality management.
• Maintaining liaison with merchandising and production department and making the plan to ensure maximum quality.
• Train up to Quality Inspectors about QA Standard as per Buyer/Customer requirements.
• Prepare different reports and submit to the top management.
• Identify and address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, lab tests, and audits.
• Ensure that all products meet internal and external quality standards, including regulatory and environmental requirements.
• Keep Up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to footwear and garments accessories.
