Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc)/Masters of Science (MSc) in EEE/Biomedical Engineering/Applied Physics or equivalent.
  • Any reputed Public or Private University.

Experience

  • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Trading or Export/Import, Medical Equipment, Healthcare Startup

Additional Requirements

  • Age 35 to 40 years
  • Work experience in Anesthesia, ICU, CCU, HDU, NICU and OT products.
  • Ability to travel extensively and work in diverse environments.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Products sales Develop and execute strategies to penetrate different regions of Bangladesh, including remote areas.
  • Coordinate with various departments to align product offerings with market needs.
  • Provide product demo and online or offline presentation.
  • Capable to create demand for Medical Product Sales.
  • Clear knowledge about our products and also competitors’ product to capitalize the comparison.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Meet the target & day to day report to the Supervisor.
  • Collect WO, contact with principle through appropriate channel.
  • Clint visit rapidly to build strong communication with related stakeholder.
  • Customer Follow-up: Communication with customer, follow-up, emailing, phone call & others.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Assist with commercial department in cultivating good relationship with existing and potential associates/customers; Have to be energetic and mind set to travel frequently.
